SSM members and friends from down south shook off their winter chills and soaked up Darwin’s sun, in between more formal meetings and discussions about what ‘doing theology’ means today.
Richard Holloway was in Melbourne for the Melbourne Writers Festival in early September, and SSM members were keen to hear him speak.
A contingent of SSM members made its way north to the Cathedral Church of St Peter & St Paul at Port Pirie late last year for the ordination to the priesthood of Gregory Stephens SSM.
A Feast of Music, hosted each year at St John’s, reflects Father Kelly’s wish, ‘to call out a whole mass of enthusiasm and devotion of all kinds, wherever it might be found’.
